The Hardest Part Is Walking THrough the door.

After that, We've Got you

Is Ironwood For Me?

Ironwood is For:

  • Cottonwood IOP or Aftercare clients — free membership and free personal training, no exceptions
  • Brenda's House of Hope residents — training is built into your daily program
  • Adolescents 13+ enrolled in Cottonwood's juvenile services
  • Community members in recovery, or recovery-adjacent, who want a gym that runs differently

How to Get Started

Cottonwood Clients

  1. Ask your counselor, case manager, or IOP group leader to connect you to Ironwood — or just walk over.
  2. Meet with Matt or one of our trainers for an intake conversation and goal sheet.
  3. Get matched with a trainer based on your goals and schedule.
  4. Show up. That's genuinely the hardest part.

Your membership and personal training are completely free for the duration of your IOP and Aftercare enrollment.

How to Get Started

Community Members

  1. Call or email Matt to start a conversation.
  2. We'll talk about your story, your goals, and how Ironwood works.
  3. If it's a good fit, you'll be contacted and with us within days.
  4. Show up. That's genuinely the hardest part.

A note: Ironwood runs differently than a standard gym. We ask that outside members understand and respect our recovery-first culture. If you're recovery-adjacent and aligned with our mission, you're welcome here.

Graduation Membership

We built this incentive because we want you here long after treatment ends.

You've already done the hard work. Keep coming.
