Red Carpet Treatment.
Every Session. Every Time.
your First Day
There's no judgment when you walk in. There's no expectation about where you should be physically or emotionally. There's just someone who wants to hear your story and figure out how to help.
You'll complete a short intake and goal sheet — what you want, what you've been through, where you want to go. From that sheet, we build your program. No templates. No guesswork. Just a plan built around you.

What a session Actually Looks Like
Every session starts the same way, no matter what: "How are you doing today, really?" That question matters here. If you're stressed, triggered, or just having a hard one — we adjust. We meet you where you are.
Trainers work out alongside their clients. You'll look over and see your trainer getting after it with you — not watching from the side with a clipboard. That shared effort builds something real. It's one of the reasons clients call this place a family.
"Once you can get a client to really feel what fitness does for them — you've got them. Hook, line, and sinker."
The Culture
Ironwood is intimate by design. It's not a packed commercial gym where you're fighting for equipment and nobody knows your name. Here, everybody knows everybody. The trainers know your goals, your challenges, and your story. So do the other members — because a lot of them are walking a similar road.
When you don't show up, we call. Not about the session — just to ask if you're okay. If you relapse, you are still welcome. Recovery is not a straight line and Ironwood is not conditional. We'll still be here when you're ready to come back.

Member of The Month
Every month, we put one member on the wall. Their photo. Their story. Their words about what Ironwood has meant to their recovery.
That wall isn't decoration. When a new client comes in and reads what a peer wrote about this place, something shifts. They stop hearing it from us and start hearing it from someone just like them.
"If they did it — why can't I?" That's the whole point.
